Important Information for Your Sponges

Although the sponges may appear thin or similar to cut‑out cardboard, this is simply due to their compressed form. Once moistened, they will expand to over three times their current thickness. We’ve provided a few extra sample pieces so you can wet them and observe how they transform.
Use and Care Instructions
Use:

Avoid getting the sponge wet until you are ready to use it.

Wet the sponge and gently squeeze out excess moisture.

Dip the sponge in paint, then sponge off excess paint using another sponge.

Carefully place the sponge on the surface and gently press.

Enjoy being creative with your new sponges!

While in use, keep sponges in an airtight container to prevent the paint from drying on them.
Cleaning:

Rinse paint out of sponges with lukewarm water, after use, until the water runs clear.

Gently squeeze excess water out of sponges and lay them on a towel to dry.

Do not put sponges away wet, as they will mold or rot.

Once completely dried, store them in a container until needed again.
